XMPP, la mensajería universal / XMPP, the universal messaging

Companies like Facebook/Whatsapp, Naver/Line and others like them want grab as many users're locking them own protocols. Therefore, their applications allow communication just between users of the same application. That may be very limited and negative for those who can not or are reluctant to use these apps for using open systems. It is even possible that the apps by those companies stop work just
because the version of the app itself or the operating system is
outdated.
The solution to these companies moved by the selfishness of capitalism is the XMPP/Jabber protocol.
There are many applications for different operating mobile or computer systems that accept this protocol, which enables two people to communicate although they use different apps or even different devices, all using a single account. XMPP can easily offer more features than proprietary systems such as video call or unlimited file transfer among others.
Also mention that the XMPP clients not impede the user to connect to several accounts at once, such as Facebook, Google and others. XMPP client list is extensive and varied. And the number of servers to which an account created is also important.
